5.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the following instruments are revoked—
(a)The Adoption (Designation of Overseas Adoptions) Order 1973(1); and
(b)The Adoption (Designation of Overseas Adoptions) (Variation) (Scotland) Order 1995(2).
(2) The revocation of the Adoption (Designation of Overseas Adoptions) Order 1973 does not affect any adoption designated as an overseas adoption by virtue of that Order prior to the coming into force of these Regulations.
S.I. 1973/19. This Order and S.I. 1995/1614 were saved by S.S.I. 2009/267 and deemed to have been made under section 67 of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 4).
