Citation and commencement 1 This Order may be cited as the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 (Commencement) (Scotland) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st December 2013. This Order brings section 21(4) to (6) of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 into force on 1st December 2013.

The Bill for the Act received Royal Assent on 25th April 2013. Sections 1(1) (partially) and sections 4, 7, 9, 16, 19, 26, 32, 33, 35 and 36 and Schedules 2 and 4 came into force on that date. Sections 11, 12, 17, 18, 29 and 30 came into force on 25th June 2013.
