Transitional provisions
3. Section 4A of the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984(1) (contravention of orders prohibiting inshore sea fishing: presumption) does not apply to proceedings against a person where the offence under section 4(1) of that Act was committed prior to 16th September 2013.
