The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 20008
In schedule 1 (the Standards Commission for Scotland)—
a
in paragraph 5A(1)(b), for the words from “be a member” to “in Scotland” substitute “be, or be an employee or appointee of, the Commissioner”; and
b
in paragraph 7(1), from “and the Commissioner” to the end, substitute “to exercise its functions.”.
