This Order may be cited as the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2013 and comes into force on 24th June 2013.

In this Order—

• “the Act” means the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011; and

• “the 1995 Act” means the Children (Scotland) Act 19952.
