9.  In the Water Supply (Water Quality) (Scotland) Regulations 2001(1), in regulation 27(1) (application and introduction of substances and products), for the definition of “EEA State” substitute—

““EEA State” means a member State, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein;”.
