21. In the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011(1), in regulation 2(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “EEA State” substitute—
““EEA State” means a member State, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein;”.
