16.  In the Jam and Similar Products (Scotland) Regulations 2004(1), in regulation 2(1) (interpretation)—

(a)omit the definition of “EEA Agreement”; and

(b)for the definition of “EEA State” substitute—

““EEA State” means a member State, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein;”.
