The Education (Assisted Places) (Scotland) Regulations 2001

10.  In the Education (Assisted Places) (Scotland) Regulations 2001(1), in regulation 2(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “EEA State” substitute—

““EEA State” means a member State, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein;”.
