It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2011, which previously made such provision. 2013 No. 161 Court Of Session Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2013 Made 22nd May 2013 Laid before the Scottish Parliament 23rd May 2013 Coming into force 1st July 2013 The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare: 1 1 This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2013. 2 It comes into force on 1st July 2013. 3 A certified copy of this Act of Sederunt is to be inserted in the Books of Sederunt. Lands Valuation Appeal Court 2 1 The judges named for the purposes of appeal under section7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879 are— The Right Honourable Lord Gill; The Right Honourable Lady Dorrian; The Honourable Lord Malcolm; The Honourable Lord Woolman; The Honourable Lord Tyre; The Honourable Lord Doherty. 2 The Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2011 is revoked. Section7 was amended by Schedule 2 to the Rating and Valuation (Scotland) Act 1952 (c.47), Part III of Schedule7 to the Valuation and Rating (Scotland) Act 1956 (c.6), section23(1) of and Schedule6 to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1966 (c.51) and section13(1) of the Rating and Valuation (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 1984 (c.31).
