22.—(1) Article 54 (information to be provided to the Authority where electricity is generated from biomass or fossil derived bioliquid)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, omit “or fossil derived bioliquid”.
(3) At the beginning of paragraph (3)(j) insert “where the biomass was not a bioliquid,”.
(4) Omit paragraph (7).
