Increase in fees of shorthand writers2.

The table of fees in rule 42.16(3) of the Rules of the Court of Session2 is amended in accordance with the following subparagraph.

In Chapter IV (transcripts of evidence etc.)3—
(a)
in paragraph 1 (attendance of shorthand writer), for the amounts of £40.75 and £162.80 substitute the amounts of £41.75 and £166.80 respectively; and
(b)
in paragraph 2 (notes of evidence: extension by shorthand writer or transcriber), for the amounts of £6.65, £8.15 and £0.55 substitute the amounts of £6.80, £8.35 and £0.57 respectively.
