The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(1), 14, 15(1), (2) and (4) and 23(4) of the Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

2002 asp 5. Section 22 defines “prescribed” as meaning prescribed by regulations made by the Scottish Ministers.
