6.—[F1(1)] The landing of tope (wherever caught), from [F2any fishing boat], is prohibited in Scotland.
[F3(2) The prohibition in paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to tope caught by a foreign fishing boat in waters lying outside British fishery limits.]
