Any direction not to act without the approval of the Scottish Ministers which is given under paragraph 18(1)(c) of schedule 7 to the 2001 Act before the appointed day is, on and after that day, to be treated as a direction not to so act without the Regulator’s consent given under section 66(2)(b) of the 2010 Act.
