Where a matter falls to be determined for the purposes of regulation 65 or under regulation 66, the period within which an advertisement is to be made under paragraph 9 is the 3 day period beginning 14 days after the day on which the matters to be determined for the purposes of regulation 65 or under regulation 66 are finally disposed of.
