The Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Regulations 1994 M1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In the cross heading to regulation 84A (permits under the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland Regulations 2000) and in paragraph (1) of that regulation, for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “ the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012 ”.
