“writing” includes electronic communications within the meaning of section 15 (general interpretation) of the Electronic Communications Act 200019, and

a reference to a form includes an electronic form.

any fee, map or plan that is required to accompany the application may be sent to SEPA separately, and

the application is not be treated as having being received by SEPA until the last thing so required has also been received.
