This Order brings into force on 1st April 2012 sections 1 to 7, 14 to 21 and section 23 of, and the schedule to, the Patient Rights (Scotland) Act 2011 (“the 2011 Act”). It brings into force on 1stOctober 2012 those provisions of the 2011 Act which are not at that date already in force.
