As to footpath and accommodation level crossings7.(1)

The Company may make and maintain the level crossings specified in Schedule 2 to this Order with all the necessary works and conveniences connected therewith.

(2)

The Company shall carry out and maintain such other works as may be necessary or expedient for the purposes of, in connection with, or in consequence of the construction of the said level crossings.
