The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 195(2) of, and paragraphs 8(8) and 12(1) and (3) of schedule 3 to, the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 20111 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
