Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(2) and 53(2)(a) of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 20101 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Crofting Register (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2012 and comes into force on 13th January 2013.
Amendment to the Crofting Register (Fees) (Scotland) Order 20122.
In the Table of Fees in the Schedule to the Crofting Register (Fees) (Scotland) Order 20122—
(a)
in column 1, in the third entry, for “24(1)” substitute “24(1)(a) or (b)”; and
(b)
in columns 1 and 2, omit the fifth entry.
