The Scottish Ministers make the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections19(1) and 53(2)(a) of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 19(1), they have consulted the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland and the Crofting Commission.2010 asp 14 (“the 2010 Act”). Section 19(1) is applied, with modifications, to common grazings by section 28 of, and paragraph 12 of schedule 3 to, the 2010 Act and to land held runrig by section 32 of that Act.
