6.  In article 1 of the High Court of Justiciary Fees Amendment Order 2012(1)—

(a) for “3(a)” substitute “4(a)”;

(b) for “3(b)” in each place where it occurs, substitute “4(b)”; and

(c) for “3(c)” substitute “4(c)”.
