Depopulation operations17.
(1)
This regulation applies where the competent authority grants a derogation in relation to a depopulation operation under Article 18(3).
(2)
The competent authority must publish a notice, which—
(a)
must be in writing;
(b)
may be general or specific;
(c)
may be subject to conditions;
(d)
must be published in such manner as the competent authority thinks fit; and
(e)
may at any time be amended, suspended or revoked in writing.
