Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(a), (3)(a), (8)(a) and (9) of the Transport Act 19851 and by section 60(1)(e) and (f) and (1A) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 19812 and of all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 61(2) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 19813 they have consulted with such representative organisations as they think fit.
