This Order amends the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003 by replacing “The Trustees of the New Lanark Conservation Trust” with “New Lanark Trust” in the list of prescribed conservation bodies. This is due to the body changing its name. Conservation bodies are bodies in favour of whom it is competent to create a conservation burden under section 38(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003.
