ukl:Name="NonBreakingSpace"> </span>140(4) of the New<span ukl:Name="NonBreakingSpace"> </span>Roads and Street Works Act 1991<authorialNote class="footnote" eId="f00001" marker="1"><p><ref eId="c00001" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/1991/22">1991 c.22</ref>; see section<span ukl:Name="NonBreakingSpace"> </span>163(1) of that Act for the definition of “prescribed”.
