Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 8 and Saving Provision) Order 2012 and comes into force on 31st December 2012.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010.
