11. The Act of Sederunt (Child Support Rules) 1993 as it applied immediately before 1st November 2012 continues to have effect for the purpose of any matter under a provision referred to in those Rules which continues before the sheriff, or which may be brought before the sheriff, in either case by virtue of a savings provision, transitional provision or transitory provision of the Public Bodies (Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission: Abolition and Transfer of Functions) Order 2012(1).
