Citation, commencement and extent S

1.—(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Fishing Boats (Satellite-tracking Devices) (Scotland) Scheme 2012 and comes into force on 29th October 2012.

(2) This Scheme extends to Scotland and the Scottish zone.
