For paragraph 10(3) of Schedule 2 (incidental provisions relating to Commissioners) of the 2001 Order there shall be substituted the following—

“(3)

For the purpose of this paragraph, “term” does not include the remainder of a term during which the Commissioner was appointed to fill a casual vacancy.”.
