Those Regulations are revoked by regulation 3. Citation and commencement 1 These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Prescribed Date) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 10th November 2012. Prescribed date 2 The date prescribed for the purposes of section26AA(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 is 31st March 2014. Revocation 3 The Town and Country Planning (Prescribed Date) (Scotland) Regulations 2007 and the Town and Country Planning (Prescribed Date) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010 are revoked.
