Amendment of the Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Offshore Region) Order 201111.
In article 13 (deposits of marine chemical and marine oil treatment substances etc.)—
(a)
in paragraph (2), for “3” substitute “4”; and
(b)
after paragraph (5) insert—
“(5A)
Condition 4 is that no deposit of any substance may be made below the surface of the sea except with the approval of the Scottish Ministers.”.
