Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2012 and comes into force on 19th September 2012.

In this Order “the Act” means the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011.
