2. 1st November 2012 is the day appointed for section 125 (reorganisation of restricted funds) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 to come into force for all purposes(1).
Section 125 was commenced by S.S.I. 2010/321 on 1st October 2010 for the purpose of making subordinate legislation.
