After regulation 6 (energy performance certificates) insert—

“Recommendations report6A.

(1)

A recommendations report is a report which must include—

(a)

more detailed information on the cost effectiveness of the recommendations made in the energy performance certificate to which it relates; and

(b)

the steps to be taken to implement those recommendations.

(2)

A recommendations report must not contain any information or data (except for the address of the building or building unit) from which a living individual (other than the person issuing it or that person's employer) can be identified.”.
