Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 14(2B) and (2D)(a) and (e) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 19811, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 26(4A)2 of that Act, they have consulted Scottish Natural Heritage and any other person appearing to them to have an interest in the making of the Order.
