Notices and other instruments3.

(1)

Any notice or other instrument under this Order—

(a)

may be subject to conditions; and

(b)

may unless specified otherwise be amended, suspended or revoked by notice at any time.

(2)

Any other instrument under this Order must be in writing.

(3)

In this article, “other instrument” means any authorisation, designation, direction, declaration or licence.
