The Act of Sederunt (Child Care and Maintenance Rules) 199736 is amended in accordance with the following subparagraph.

In Schedule 1, in paragraph numbered 7 of Form 22 (Form of petition for parental order under section 54 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008) for “other than the female petitioner” substitute “who is not one of the petitioners”.
