The Act of Sederunt (Summary Applications, Statutory Applications and Appeals etc. Rules) 199934 is amended in accordance with the following subparagraphs.

The title of Chapter XLI (Reporting restrictions under the Contempt of Court Act 1981)35 becomes “Part XLI (Reporting restrictions under the Contempt of Court Act 1981)”.

In rule 3.41.1 (interpretation and application of this Chapter)—
(a)
for “Chapter” substitute “Part”;
(b)
the heading becomes “(Interpretation and application of this Part)”.
