Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 and sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 15(4), 17(1), 23, 25, 28, 35(1) and (3), 83(2), 87(2) and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 19812 and all other powers enabling them to do so3.
