The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 M1 and sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 15(4), 17(1), 23, 25, 28, 35(1) and (3), 83(2), 87(2) and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981 M2 and all other powers enabling them to do so M3.
