Amendments

39.—(1) In the Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) Order 1992(1), in article 2(1) omit the reference to African horse sickness.

(2) In the Specified Diseases (Notification) Order 1996(2), in Part 1 of Schedule 1 omit the reference to African horse sickness.
