39.—(1) In the Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) Order 1992 M1 , in article 2(1) omit the reference to African horse sickness.

(2) In the Specified Diseases (Notification) Order 1996 M2 , in Part 1 of Schedule 1 omit the reference to African horse sickness.
