The Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 20102 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 1 (sports grounds)—
(a)
omit the following entries—
Almondvale Stadium | Livingston |
Forthbank Stadium | Stirling |
New Bayview Park | Methil; |
(b)
insert the following entries at the appropriate places—
Bayview Stadium | Methil |
The Braidwood Motor Company Stadium | Livingston |
Doubletree Dunblane Stadium | Stirling; and |
(c)
after “Victoria Park” where it second appears, insert “Stadium”.

After paragraph 6 of Part I of Schedule 2 (classes of sporting events), insert—
“7.
Association football matches in Scotland where the match is part of the Games of the Thirtieth Olympiad which take place in 2012.”.
