Scottish National Investment Bank p.l.c. is, in addition to the public authorities listed in F2regulations 2A(1), 2B(1) F3, 2D(1) F4, 2E(1), 2F(1) F5, 2G(1) and 2H(1) and in the schedule, a listed authority.

These Regulations apply to Scottish National Investment Bank p.l.c. subject to the modifications set out in paragraphs (3) and (4).
