Citation and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional, Transitory and Saving Provisions) Order 2011.

In this Order—
“the 1987 Act” means the Housing (Scotland) Act 19872;
“the 2010 Act” means the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010; and
“the Schedule” means the Schedule to this Order.
