The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 206(2) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 20111.
Citation1
This Order may be cited as the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2011.
Appointed day2
19th January 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011—
a
section 1 (the National Convener);
b
paragraph 8(7) of schedule 1 (the National Convener).
