The Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 153 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 19941 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Non‑Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 and come into force on 31st March 2011.

Revocation2.

Regulation 4(3) of the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 20102 is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations repeal regulation 4(3) of the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2010.

Regulation 4(3) refers to the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2010 (S.S.I. 2010/441), which the Scottish Parliament on 2nd February 2011 resolved to annul.
